Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of qbook.queueapp.in and any booking page built for you by Qbook, a QueueApp product. By using our services, requesting a demo, or purchasing a booking page, you agree to these terms.
1. What Qbook provides
Qbook designs and builds one-page WhatsApp booking pages for businesses and freelancers — salons, event planners, cafés, venues, photographers, and similar service providers. Each page lets a business's customers pick a date, time, and occasion, and sends those details directly to the business owner's WhatsApp.
2. Free demo
We build an initial demo page using your business name and details free of charge, so you can see the finished product before paying anything. There is no obligation to purchase after receiving a demo.
3. One-time fee, no subscription
If you choose to proceed after the demo, you pay a single one-time build fee. This is not a recurring subscription. Once paid, the page is yours to use indefinitely — we do not charge renewal fees to keep the page live, and we do not take commission on bookings you receive through it.
4. Hosting and ownership
Booking pages are typically hosted on a queueapp.in subdomain (e.g. yourbusiness.queueapp.in) or a domain of your choosing, depending on what's agreed at build time. While the page design and content are provided for your use, the underlying hosting infrastructure and domain remain part of the QueueApp/Qbook platform unless a separate hosting arrangement is agreed in writing.
5. Changes and support
Minor changes or updates to your page after launch can be requested through WhatsApp. Significant redesigns or new features may carry an additional fee, which we'll always confirm with you before doing any work.
6. Cancellation
You may stop using your booking page at any time. Since there is no subscription, there is nothing to formally "cancel" — simply stop directing customers to the link, or let us know if you'd like the page taken down.
7. Advertising
Qbook's own marketing pages (including qbook.queueapp.in) and, where applicable, individual customer booking pages may display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense as part of how we fund free and low-cost hosting for our customers. We aim to keep ad placement unobtrusive and not interfere with the booking flow.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use your Qbook booking page to collect information for unlawful purposes, misrepresent your business, or send spam via the WhatsApp integration. We reserve the right to take down pages that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Qbook and QueueApp provide booking pages as a convenience tool and are not responsible for missed bookings, WhatsApp delivery issues outside our control, or disputes between a business and its customers arising from bookings made through the page.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of a Qbook page after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
