Privacy Policy

Qbook is a product by QueueApp. This policy explains what information we collect through qbook.queueapp.in and the individual booking pages we build for our customers (for example, pages hosted on *.queueapp.in subdomains), and how that information is used.

1. Information we collect

When a visitor uses a Qbook booking page to make a booking, we collect only what's needed to complete that booking:

This information is submitted directly by the visitor through the booking form and is sent as a WhatsApp message to the business owner the page was built for. We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information through the booking form.

2. How we use information

Booking details are used solely to let the business owner confirm and manage the booking. We do not sell visitor information to third parties. We do not use booking details for advertising targeting.

3. Where booking data goes

Booking details are delivered directly to the business owner's WhatsApp number via a pre-filled message link. Qbook does not operate a central database of customer bookings across businesses — each business owner manages their own bookings in their own WhatsApp.

4. Cookies and advertising

Pages on queueapp.in and its subdomains may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. Visitors can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. We may also use standard analytics cookies to understand site traffic; these do not collect personally identifying information beyond what a visitor voluntarily submits through a booking form.

6. Data retention

We do not permanently store booking form submissions on our own servers beyond what is needed to deliver the WhatsApp message. Business owners are responsible for how long they retain booking messages within their own WhatsApp account.

7. Your rights

If you've submitted a booking through a Qbook page and want details removed from a business owner's records, please contact that business directly. If you have questions about how queueapp.in or qbook.queueapp.in themselves handle data, reach out using the contact details below.

8. Children's privacy

Qbook booking pages are intended for use by business owners and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
